TERRIE LUND
Owner/ Founder
I have decades of experience in relationship building and sales. I’ve worked in the Real Estate Industry, specifically the Title Insurance side, for almost 20 years. I’ve taken every opportunity to increase my education (Licensed Escrow Officer, Title Officer, and Continuing Education Instructor) and become qualified to do the things I’ve been selling so that I can be the best versed person in the room. It matters to me, because I won’t sell something that I do not understand or believe in. I take my relationships seriously as they are the lifeblood and backbone of our Industry. I have learned to curate honest, truthful, organic relationships that last. I understand the importance of goal setting and crushing said goals. I’ve learned, and done, and shifted with each market shift. So now, it’s MY TIME to begin as my own leader and help bring up the next generation of Title Insurance Professionals.
KENADEE MARTINSON
Sales / Marketing
Hi there! My name is Kenadee Martinson. I started my adventure in the real estate industry in the mortgage world. After 2 years I made the move to title insurance. I spent some time as an escrow assistant, learning and growing, and have found my home as a Client Relationship Manager. Relationships are my passion. We are a company built on family. When you work with Ohana Title Insurance, you are family.
I am married to my love, Braxton. We have 3 fur babies. Our dog, Powell, and our 2 kitties, Jasper and Porsche. We have a passions for travel, music, cars and spending time on the lake.

MATT SHOCKLEY
Title Officer
Matt has been in the title & escrow industry since 1998. He is dual licensed in title and escrow. He has experience at every level of the business and has a thorough understanding of the nuances of real estate transactions. He has spent the majority of his career as a title officer and is well versed in all aspects of title search and examination.
Izabelle Reece
Client Relationship manager specialist
Izabelle has been in Real Estate Marketing since 2019 and has worked in both Home Inspections and Title. She has experience on various Salt Lake Board of Realtors Committees and currently sits as the Vice Chair for the Affiliates Committee, on the RPAC Events Committee, on the Education Committee, and as Women’s Council of Realtors SLC Program Chair. Her passions are connecting with people, building relationships, and supporting the Real Estate Industry. Outside of the office she loves to do circus, paddle board, hang out with her dog Mia, and travel.
